Position Overview

Navitas Partners LLC is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst IV / Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders management and technical teams. This role involves analyzing complex judicial and business processes identifying improvement opportunities and leading the development of optimized system and workflow solutions.

The ideal candidate will operate with significant independence provide leadership to junior analysts and contribute to strategic process and system enhancements within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business users management and technical teams
• Gather analyze and document business requirements and user stories
• Lead business process analysis evaluations and improvement recommendations
• Develop epics user stories and functional specifications
• Support Agile development processes and sprint activities
• Conduct impact analysis for system changes and enhancements
• Collaborate with development teams during design development testing and implementation
• Manage backlog items change requests and project deliverables
• Create process flows documentation wireframes and technical specifications
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and end-user training sessions
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts as needed
• Troubleshoot system and process issues and recommend solutions
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in data/reporting-related roles
• Strong SQL knowledge and data analysis skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
• Understanding of test-driven development concepts
• Strong business requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Experience creating functional and technical documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with judicial court case management or similar enterprise systems
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience with project coordination or small team leadership
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in documentation tools flowcharts and wireframing
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Public Administration Criminology IT Social Sciences or related field (or equivalent experience)
