Diehl Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Grove City is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our busy dealership parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive parts experience strong customer service skills and knowledge of Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians service advisors and retail customers with parts requests
• Look up OEM and aftermarket parts using electronic catalogs
• Order receive and stock automotive parts and accessories
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Process invoices returns and warranty parts
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to the service department
• Provide outstanding customer service at the parts counter and over the phone

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• CDJR (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) parts knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license required
