We have anexciting opportunity for an experienced Yardperson to work at our Mulwala facility. You will need to be a confidentdetail-oriented individual who is solution-focused and ready to thrive in abusy setting.

Qualifications

• Current high risk work forkliftlicence
• Current Drivers licence
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)

• Knowledge of building methods processes and materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic technology skills.
• Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloadeffectively.
• Ability to follow and drive for procedure improvements &efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Keep the facility clean safe and organised.
• Organise and deliver building materials equipment and other resources as required to ensure all construction activities are completed withinset timelines both onsite and at YMH facility.
• Keep YMH vehicle fleet clean.
• Complete lock up of the YMH Mulwala Construction facility on a daily basis including butnot limited to: Moving and securing vehicles locking up facility warehouse and rear gate.
• Inspect products received from suppliers to ensure conformity to standard.
• Completion of all Prep Moves to all buildings leaving the YMH Mulwala facility in conjunction with the Construction Supervisor.
• Keep all workstations clean and clear to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work closely with YMH carpenters to provide assistance when needed.
• Work as a team member to the required level of quality and to ensure construction activities are carried out to meet production schedules and operational requirements.
• Complete other activities as assigned by management.
