You will beresponsible for the creation of process orders managing and executing orders for Bulk &Raw ingredient materials for the plant and maintaining floor & system inventory accuracy. Through this you will providean uninterrupted supply of materials for the manufacturing process while preventing waste &following all policies and procedures of the company.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Work effectively with internal (production & supply planning teamsprocurement plant warehouse & logistics teams plant BD-business development and othermulti-functional resources) & external stakeholders (suppliers transportation vendors etc.) toensure consistent and reliable supply of materials for production use in accordance to ourstandards procedures and protocols. Proactively and timely report any production orVendor/shipping/carrier issues and enlist supplier transporter planning teams to pre-empt anybusiness impact and/or accommodate changes production and/or delivery schedules asappropriate.
  • Execute MRPs-Material requirement planning systems Defining & maintainingboundaries and parameters Materials call offs processes; RM/PM raw & packing materials and finishproduct supply chain set up for new products in collaboration with BD; Vendor conformance to scheduleBuild self and other KeyUsers capability on SAP planning systems; Manage inventory for RM & PM and FPas per KPI targets Plant DMS participation and alignment for Operational excellence Support IBPpreparation & dashboard completion Adhering to Manufacturing compliance and governance standards.
  • Adopt IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and standard work processes and own one or morePillar systems/ processes at the site/ area level. Actively participate in SN-Supply Network pillar activities andlead systems and projects to driveSupply Chain Loss Analysis and elimination; work on Supply Networkcapabilities to drive value and loss elimination.

  • Relevant work experience in material planning demand planning inventory management &handling purchasing and/or Forecasting
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word Excel PowerPoint) & experience in ERP (SAP)systems
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) Analytical & Problem solving skills strongcollaboration and relationship management skills.

  • Leading MRP-Material Requirement Planning Defining & maintaining RMPM master databoundariesandparameters
  • PO issuance Materials call offs processes follow ups with suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders from procurement and warehouses

  • Monitoring Vendor conformance to schedule in new projects launches
  • leading the Phase-in Phase-out and write-off analysis reporting and execution in new project launches
  • Managing the Monthly Provision GIT DIOH Adoption and OTIF reports
  • Building self and other Key Users capability on planning systems;
  • Manage inventory for RM & PMattendDMSasparticipation and alignment for Operational excellence Support IBPpreparation& dashboardcompletion.
  • Adopting IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and standard work processes and own Pillarsystems/ processes at the site/ area level.
  • Activelyparticipatingin SN-Supply Network pillar activitiesand lead systems and projects to drive Supply Chain Loss Analysis and Elimination.
  • Leading waste managementstandard.
  • Managing production plans for all lines
  • Responsible for lines RCCP
  • Responsible forshort termproduction planning.
  • Monitoringweekly production plan adherence owning CTS KPI.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering Logistics supplychainor Business

Job specific requirements:

  • 3-5years of relevant experience

  • SAP user

  • High Analytical skills

  • Advanced Excel user
