We are hiring an experienced Candidate Sourcer to support US-based recruiting in logistics freight forwarding and SaaS logistics companies.
This is ahigh-activity performance-driven rolefocused on sourcing outreach and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Apollo ContactOut and similar tools
- Conduct1015 phone/Zoom interviews daily
- Cold call candidates to introduce opportunities and qualify interest
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Manage pipelines scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS
Requirements:
Proven experience inrecruiting sourcing or admin support
Fluent English (spoken written) must be comfortable on calls
Confident withcold calling and candidate outreach
Professional and activeLinkedIn profile required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable onZoom/video interviews
Detail-oriented proactive and accountable
Full-time availability (US hours required occasional weekends)
Fully remote. Compensation: $1000/month $200 based on targets
