Our client is seeking a professional customer-focused Service Advisor to join their successful Oxford dealership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys building strong customer relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional service from start to finish.
The Role
As a Service Advisor you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop ensuring every customer journey is smooth efficient and professional.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and delivering a first-class front-of-house experience
- Keeping customers fully informed throughout the service and repair process
- Managing bookings follow-ups and customer communications proactively
- Advising on vehicle maintenance repairs and service plans
- Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Building long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and attention to detail
- Working closely with technicians and the wider aftersales team to ensure seamless vehicle handovers and collections
About You
Were looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering a positive customer experience.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within the automotive industry or a strong customer service background
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- A calm professional approach under pressure
- Confidence using internal systems and updating customers regularly
- A proactive team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail
