Who Are We Looking For

Ideal is looking for passionate Tech Installers/Consultants that have a firm understanding of Windows OS networking and software installation processes. You will be consulting with large entertainment businesses and theme parks. Youll be responsible for planning setting up and executing the installation of our proprietary software products in arcades amusement parks and theme parks. You will need solid multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. If you love to travel and want to be on the ground level of some of the coolest arcades and theme parks worldwide then this is the job for you.

The experience were looking for:

  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Project Management skills

  • A Certification

  • AA degree in related field (Technical Call Center experience will be considered)

  • Previous IT or network experience: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Experience in Computer Science Databases IT Networks or Business Information Systems

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and Windows OS (old and current)

  • SQL experience is preferred (not required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location:

  • In Office

Scheduleswe have available:

  • 40-hour work weeks

  • Weekends

  • Day shift

  • Night shift

  • Overtime

  • 8 hour shift

  • After Hours / On Call

Work Remotely:
