Support Engineer

Cardiff - Hybrid (3 days in office)

Up to 30000 benefits

Looking to build a career in tech rather than stay on a service desk

Were working with a growing cloud and telecoms business in Cardiff hiring 3 Support Engineers. Its a great opportunity to move into a niche area like voice and cloud with full training provided.

What youll be doing:

Supporting a voice/telecoms platform (VoIP SIP)
Troubleshooting issues and managing tickets end-to-end
Supporting customers via phone email and ticketing system
Learning platforms call systems and integrations

What theyre looking for:

IT support service desk OR strong customer service interest in tech
Good problem-solving skills
Confident communicator
Keen to learn and progress
