Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles
• Conduct multi-point inspections and identify needed repairs
• Accurately document work performed and recommendations
• Complete repairs efficiently and according to manufacturer standards
• Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with service advisors and management to deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred
• Ford and/or CDJR experience is a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
