What Youll Be Doing

• Safely operate a variety of heavy and fixed plant equipment to support daily aggregate production
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and routine equipment checks to ensure safe reliable performance
• Monitor material flow production quality and operating conditions making adjustments as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate activities and maintain efficient operations
• Maintain a clean organized work area while adhering to safety regulations and promoting a safety-first culture

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a mining environment
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures with high situational awareness
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Reliable and collaborative approach with clear and effective communication skills
• Ability to follow operational procedures adapt to changing priorities and familiarity with MSHA regulations with Part 46 training considered an asset

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $45.09 to $46.12 per hour
