The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides essential support to future and existing field employees by managing high-volume onboarding compliance and administrative recruiting processes with efficiency accuracy and service excellence. This role operates as a shared service resource across Talent Acquisition and plays an important part in supporting employee onboarding retention and overall candidate experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Operate as a shared service resource to all Talent Acquisition functions and manage administrative recruiting activities.

  2. Manage logistics and materials for initial screens while supporting personnel file management credentialing and coordination.

  3. Ensure employee information is obtained and maintained in accordance with federal and state requirements.

  4. Collect post-conditional documents and confirm completion of post-conditional documentation workflows.

  5. Track candidates after conditional offer acceptance to ensure they are progressing appropriately through onboarding and are accounted for in partnership with recruiting partners.

  6. Demonstrate strong performance in the key job dimensions and attributes outlined in the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.

  7. Perform related duties as assigned or requested by leadership.

Hawaii-Focused Responsibilities

  1. Support recruiting and onboarding activities for candidates and field employees serving Hawaii markets.

  2. Coordinate interviews orientation communications and onboarding milestones with awareness of Hawaii Standard Time and cross-time-zone scheduling needs.

  3. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners office leaders and support teams to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for Hawaii-based hires.

  4. Monitor candidate progress closely to help reduce delays in documentation credentialing and preboarding workflows for hires supporting Hawaii operations.

  5. Maintain clear responsive communication with candidates and internal partners to deliver a high-touch experience aligned with BAYADAs service standards.

  6. Help prioritize urgent hiring and onboarding needs across Hawaii offices while balancing volume deadlines and service expectations.

  7. Support accurate reporting and follow-up on candidate and onboarding activity related to Hawaii recruiting operations.

  8. Contribute to a positive organized and solutions-oriented recruiting experience for candidates entering BAYADAs Hawaii service offices.

Qualifications

  • Exemplifies the characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion excellence and reliability.

  • Four-year college degree required.

  • Minimum of one year of experience in administrative work; direct recruiting experience appreciated.

  • Demonstrated record of taking on increasing responsibility with positive results and ambition to grow.

  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to interact effectively with different levels of the organization.

  • High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Action-oriented attitude and strong sense of urgency.

  • Collaborative proactive and supportive approach to teamwork.

  • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.

  • Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.

  • Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.

  • Must be able to work in the Hawaii time zone.

BAYADA Offers:

  • Up to $50k/year.
  • Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm HST.
