Skilled Groundworker Internal & External Drainage

We are looking for experienced and skilled Groundworkers to join our Internal & External Drainage teams on a busy project in Raynes Park. The role will involve carrying out all aspects of drainage and groundwork operations including pipe laying support manhole construction benching concreting and finishing works to help deliver safe and high-quality projects.

• Carrying out internal and external drainage works to drawings and site levels
• Installing and supporting drainage systems including foul water storm water and surface water lines
• Assisting with pipe laying manholes chambers gullies and ducting installations
• Trench preparation stone trimming backfilling and reinstatement works
• Concreting benching and finishing works associated with drainage installations
• Working safely around live services and following permit-to-dig procedures
• Reading and working from drawings laser levels and site instructions
• Assisting plant operators and banking machines where required
• Maintaining safe clean and organised work areas in line with site requirements
• Working effectively as part of a drainage gang to meet programme targets and productivity

• CSCS Skilled Groundworker card or equivalent
• Proven experience in internal and external drainage and groundwork operations
• Ability to read drawings and work accurately to levels
• Experience with manholes chambers ducting and drainage installations
• Strong understanding of safe digging practices and site safety procedures
• Reliable punctual and able to work well within a gang environment
• Right to work in the UK

• CPCS / NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper
• CPCS / NPORS Ride-On Roller
• CAT & Genny ticket
• Confined Spaces or EUSR ticket
• Safety Critical Medical
• Experience on large-scale residential or commercial groundwork projects
