What Makes This Role Interesting:

In this role you will be the primary architect of our sales pipeline serving as the first point of contact for companies modernizing their construction workflows.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify high-potential companies within the construction sector to build a robust pipeline of future partners.
  • Launch impactful outbound prospecting campaigns using phone email and social platforms like LinkedIn to engage key decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by uncovering deep customer needs and aligning them with Trimbles innovative software suite.
  • Strategically schedule high-value meetings and product demonstrations to support Account Executives in closing transformative deals.
  • Master the use of CRM tools like Salesforce to maintain precision in data and ensure a seamless handover across the sales cycle.

Your Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage potential customers effectively.
  • Proven ability to conduct structured research and identify target accounts within a professional environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple prospecting workstreams simultaneously.
  • Native or business-level fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to build a career in technology sales.

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience in lead generation inside sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with SaaS software industries or the construction and engineering sector.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator Salesforce or sales engagement tools like Salesloft.

Location: Raunheim Germany (On-site)

Travel Requirement: Occasional travel may be required for meetings training or company events.
