Job Summary
Landscape Coordinator - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond WA)
Under general supervision of the Landscape & Maintenance Director the Landscape Coordinator attends to the daily operations and events related to Association maintained Unit and Common Area landscaping and irrigation of the community facilities. The position involves regular contact with members and their guests using community facilities.
JOB DUTIES:
First point of contact for member walk-ins email and phone communication regarding landscaping and irrigation requests concerns and questions.
Provide superior customer service to all members and guests through genuine professional communication.
Ensure all Member requests are promptly responded to with acknowledgment of receipt of their request and follow up with Members through to satisfactory resolution.
Working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work.
Communicate efficiently with vendors pertaining to landscape irrigation and facilities issues and coordinating work.
Assist with drafting regularly scheduled landscape and facilities updates schedules newsletters and communications to the Membership.
Maintain mechanisms/being used to log and track maintenance requests and issues e.g.. Caliber and Formstack and provide reporting on all activity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Word Excel Outlook
Complete any necessary tasks designated by the Landscape & Maintenance Director
Ensuring the following Trilogy Community Standards are met:
o Driveway entrance to the community club amenities and surrounding areas are well maintained and strikingly attractive. Area is free of garbage and debris.
o Trilogy signage is well designed and maintained prominently displayed and well lit.
o Roadways and parking lots under the Associations control are free of debris clean in good condition (no potholes or damage) neatly striped and all signage (stop yield speed limits etc) is easily visible and in excellent condition.
o Community areas (open spaces parks tennis courts sport courts and water features) are attractively landscaped well maintained and free of garbage and debris.
o Building exterior and interiors are well maintained clean in appearance and in good condition.
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
o Experience with residential property management.
o Experience with homeowner associations.
o Familiarity with plants and trees in the Pacific Northwest.
o Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
