Nationality Requirements

Due to the nature of the programs we support certain roles may require candidates to meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance.

Position Summary

Provides daily oversight of large complexity programs strategically important programs or high-risk Programs. Ensures contract requirements are understood and met by liaising with Engineering Manufacturing Quality Finance Contracts and Supply Chain.

Job Description

Ensures Project(s) / Program(s) performance to cost schedule and technical requirements as well as compliance with government regulations and company policy. Builds customer and internal team relationships. Assists with business development group in developing competitive proposals and bids. Provides regular presentations to leadership and internal stakeholders on project performance including Risk and Opportunities assessment to success. May provide day to day direction of cross functional development & manufacturing team. Escalates business execution issues to functional leadership for adjustments to human resources processes commodities and tools. Establishes and maintains positive relationship with Customers and Sponsors to ensure alignment and support.

Typically a Bachelor degree in a related field and 8 years of related experience in program management or multiple functions working with program management.


May be required to maintain security clearance

Expected Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is

$140088.00 - $175032.00.

Please note this represents the expected range. Ultra Maritime considers multiple factors when determining final compensation including the scope and responsibilities of the role a candidates relevant experience and education certifications and training as well as current business and market conditions.
