Job Summary
- Assist end users in selecting eyewear frames ensuring proper fit comfort and functionality based on individual visual needs and job-specific requirements.
- Educate customers on lens technology including coatings materials and tint options aligned with prescriptions and workplace demands.
- Maintain organize and manage onsite frame inventory at the customers location.
- Process and submit eyewear orders to third-party optical lab partners for fulfillment.
- Notify clients when completed eyewear is ready for pickup at the onsite facility.
- Perform final fittings ensuring proper alignment comfort and necessary adjustments for optimal wear.
- Provide education on eyewear care maintenance and proper handling to promote long-term durability and customer satisfaction.
