Position Summary:This role entails delivering exceptional customer service to CHN residents while also providing administrative support to the compliance department through the completion of the following duties:
The rate of pay for this position is $41500 to $45900 per year paid at an hourly rate (FLSA Non-Exempt) commensurate with experience
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee compliance paperwork andmaintainorganized filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry tasks.
  • Assist Compliance departmentwithscheduling appointments forrecertification.
  • Code rental paymentsaccurately and enter them into property management software.
  • Prepare rental receipt paymentsfor verification by the accounting team.
  • Support the compliance team withaudits of OHFA Syndicators and City
  • Participate in LIHTC training seminars to stay updated on compliance regulations.
  • Assistcompliance staff with mailings for complianceappointments.
  • Performadditionaltaskas delegated by management.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Required:
Education:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
  • Possess a minimum of two years-five yearsinadministrativerole
  • DemonstrateproficiencyinMicrosoft Office
  • Exhibit strong mathematical reasoning skills capable of calculating rations and percentagesExcellent mathematical reasoningskills;
Skills:
  • Good basic math skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills & excellent customer service orientation
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills & attention to detail; excellent follow upskills
  • Good computer skills including good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be self-directed and able to perform tasks with minimumsupervision
Preferred:
  • Yardi experience
  • Low Income Housing Tax Credit and or Section 8 Housing experiencepreferred
Critical Competencies:
  • High level customer service communication skills conflict resolution technicalskillsand problemsolving
Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
  • Ability tosafely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistentwith the ADA FMLA and other federalstateand local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability tomaintainregular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and otherfederalstateand local standards.
  • Ability to lift store and pull filefolders
