What were looking for:

Recent graduates of any degree or course who have demonstrated strong academic performance (such as earning Latin Honors being on the Deans List or ranking in the top 25% of their class)

Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills

A track record of leadership whether in student organizations internships volunteer work or community impact

What youll experience

Cross-Functional Rotations: Gain deep exposure across key business units as you spend time embedded in teams such as Agency Sales Data Science Finance & Actuarial Marketing Operations Human Resources Risk & Compliance Legal and Technology.

Executive Mentorship: Receive direct guidance from senior leaders and business heads.

Capstone Leadership Projects: Lead strategic initiatives and deliver innovative business solutions

Duration: Twenty-four (24) months with structured rotations and assessments
