THE MISSION: THE SYSTEM GUARDIAN

This isnt a role for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines. We are looking for a proactive technical operator who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be the first line of defense for our technology managing everything from complex network troubleshooting to high-level desktop support. You ensure our hardware software and VoIP systems operate at their absolute best so the sales mission never stops.

WHAT YOULL COMMAND

• The Infrastructure: Manage desktop support network troubleshooting and application testing with surgical precision.
• The Assets: Own the hardware lifecycle from PC builds and printer setups to maintaining a flawless IT asset register.
• The Performance: Monitor ISP SIP and CRM systems to ensure smooth high-speed performance across the floor.
• The Standard: Manage cabling and hardware installations to maintain a neat world-class IT environment.
• The Intelligence: Conduct daily checks and provide weekly reports on resolutions keeping leadership ahead of the curve.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT

• The Expert: You have 2 years of relevant experience and the ability to rebuild a PC from the ground up.
• The Problem-Solver: You possess strong initiative and can stay calm under the pressure of a high-volume environment.
• The Communicator: You bridge the gap between complex tech and human support with excellent teamwork skills.
• The Specialist: You are proficient in MS Office networking backup management and VoIP systems.
• The Professional: You hold an IT-related diploma/degree; an Office 365 Administrator certification is your secret weapon.
