How youll make impact

• Drive code architecture evolution.
• Lead SW Development team members developing together Network Management system support development of team members search for talented experts.
• Coordinate SW development activities across various agile teams.
• Define SW development strategies ensuring alignment with project goals and technical requirements.
• Cooperate with Department Leaders QA UX and Embedded SW specialists
• Drive continuous improvement for SW development processes and tools.
• Support the adoption of SW development best practices and mentor team members in SW dev methodologies across SAFe/SCRUM R&D teams.
• Implement software solutions - scalable efficient and maintainable.
• Cooperate with product owners project managers QA UX and SW specialists to define and prioritize software features and requirements.
• Enhance code reviews strategy ensure adherence to coding standards quality & best practices.
• Focusing on safety and integrity which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your Background

• At least 5 years of experience in backend or frontend software development.
• 3 years of experience as a Team Leader.
• Experience in SW Development coordination role e.g. Scrum Master is an advantage.
• BSc or MSc degree in IT from Computer Science telecommunication or IT university.
• Strong Experience in Kotlin(welcomed experience with Spring framework)
• Strong Experience developing applications with Typescript Modern JavaScript HTML5.
• Experience with React (or other frameworks is a plus).
• Knowledge of JavaScript ecosystem (e.g. Vite Node Vitest).
• Experience with applications testing frameworks.
• Knowledge ofLinuxDockerandDatabases(PostgreSQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail pragmatic solution oriented.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
