Software Development Engineer, RBKS OpEx

With Ring growing rapidly in Poland we are looking for engineers who are genuinely excited about AI not just as a tool but as a new way of working. If you obsess over how AI can accelerate delivery automate the mundane and unlock capabilities that werent possible before this role is for you.

Our Gdansk team is at the center of Rings transformation into an AI-native engineering organization. Youll work on real products used by millions of customers and youll be expected to bring AI into how you design build test and ship every day.

Key job responsibilities
What youll do

Design build and own features across Rings software stack
Actively integrate AI tooling into your development workflow from code generation to automated testing to intelligent monitoring
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new capabilities at speed
Contribute to the teams culture of learning experimentation and continuous improvement around AI

The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company Amazons package may include further pay components such as a sign on payment and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by USA. Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements. Company discretionary supplementary benefits apply subject to further terms including pension plans health insurance life and disability insurance business travel insurance MultiSport card employee discount code and program (EDC/Extras) commuter benefits where applicable and the Employee Assistance Program (private and confidential counselling and referral service to support health and well-being).The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 19166 monthly.

- 3 years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java Python C or similar)
- Solid understanding of software design principles data structures and distributed systems
- Experience working in agile fast-paced environments

- Hands-on experience with LLMs AI agents or AI-assisted development tools
- Experience with IoT embedded systems or cloud-connected devices
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
