Role Summary

This role supports development and maintenance tasks while gaining experience in a large-scale federal modernization program.

Implement assigned web development tasks under supervision
Assist with defect resolution and testing support
Participate in documentation and knowledge-sharing activities
Learn ATRRS system architecture and development standards

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 1-3 years of professional or academic/internship experience in software development.
Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of React TypeScript Java PostgreSQL
Certifications: Active IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security CE) or willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
Compliance: Must meet standard defense contract requirements.

Preferred Expertise

Containers & Microservices: Spring Boot Hibernate exposure to Docker and microservices architecture (ECS or EKS).
Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and GitLab pipelines.
Agile Collaboration: Experience using Jira or GitLab for task tracking and agile collaboration.
Strong analytical debugging and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to learning.
