These opportunities offer the ability to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions representing developers investors lenders private equity groups hospitality companies and institutional clients within highly regarded national real estate practices.

The Role

Commercial acquisitions and dispositions
Commercial leasing matters
Real estate finance transactions
Development and construction-related transactions
Hospitality and mixed-use projects
Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
Direct client interaction and substantive deal responsibility
Collaboration with sophisticated national real estate teams

Ideal Background

Approximately 38 years of commercial real estate experience
Experience with acquisitions dispositions leasing development or real estate finance transactions preferred
Large law firm or sophisticated real estate platform experience strongly preferred
Strong drafting and analytical skills
Florida bar admission preferred or ability to waive in
