Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces equipment and utensils according to health and safety standards.
• Sweep mop and scrub floors throughout the kitchen and storage areas.
• Remove trash and dispose of waste properly in designated receptacles.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and promptly during the overnight shift.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or cleaning role preferred.
• Ability to work independently overnight and maintain focus on task completion.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning duties including standing bending and lifting.
