As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Irving TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation and more. Join Allied Universal in a dynamic transportation location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas perform routine vehicle and foot patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license. You will support travelers and staff through strong customer service communication teamwork and integrity while bringing an agile reliable and innovative approach each day.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors passengers and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals public areas entry points and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic and report maintenance concerns hazards and/or suspicious behavior according to site protocols.
• Support post orders by completing required reports maintaining a visible presence and assisting with directions information requests and other customer service needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
