As a Bartender you will:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of luxury cocktails classic drinks premium spirits wines and craft beers
• Actively use and promote fresh sustainable ingredients often harvesting herbs like mint basil or rosemary directly from the propertys JW Garden to craft signature garden-to-glass cocktails
• Act as a guide for guests offering personalized recommendations based on their flavor preferences explaining the history of a spirit or suggesting the perfect wine pairing
• Welcome guests warmly using their names whenever possible
• Maintain a spotless beautifully organized bar counter backbar and seating a luxury setting every bottle must face forward and every glass must be polished to perfection.
• Monitor bar stock levels order supplies and ensure all premium liquors wines and garnishes are fully stocked and freshly prepared for the shift
• Practice precise pouring and measuring to manage beverage costs and minimize waste while strictly adhering to Marriotts standard recipes
• Adhere to the highest standards of food safety and sanitation (HACCP) keeping all ice bins wells draft lines and bar tools deeply cleaned
• Display flawless personal grooming wearing a crisp well-tailored uniform and maintaining a professional welcoming posture behind the bar.
