We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focusedGeneral MotorsService Advisor to join our this vital role you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your automotive knowledge and sales skills will drive customer satisfaction and help grow our service department. Duties

• Greet customers warmly listen carefully to their vehicle concerns and accurately document their needs.
• Explain recommended interval services clearly including auto diagnostics repairs and maintenance procedures such as oil changes brake repairs alignments suspension work tire services transmission repairs diesel engine repairs shocks & struts air brake systems and auto body repairs.
• Prepare detailed auto estimates using dealership systems and communicate options effectively to customers.
• Up sell additional services and maintenance packages that enhance vehicle performance and safety while meeting customer needs.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager and Dispatch to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of service work.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally providing daily updates on vehicle status and ensuring satisfaction throughout the service process.
• Along with our cashier manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Dealership experience with a strong background in auto service or as a service technician.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
• Experience in auto estimating service writing and automotive repair sales is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes such as alignment procedures shocks & struts replacement air brake systems and auto sales techniques.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy dealership environment.
