As an Executive Recruiter / Search Consultant you will play a key role in identifying attracting interviewing and presenting top-tier talent for leadership and mission-critical positions. You will partner closely with clients and candidates while building long-term relationships within your specialized industry vertical.

The Role

• Executive Recruiting: Identify and engage top industry talent through outreach networking referrals and strategic calling

• Client Development: Build and expand relationships with animal health companies serving as a consultative partner helping clients solve critical leadership needs

• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure lasting success and repeat business.

• Bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
