AR & Cash Management Team Lead
Job Summary
The AR Cash Management Team Lead is responsible for leading the teams daily operations ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting transactions compliance with internal controls and delivery of high-quality financial reporting. The role combines people leadership operational oversight and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day team activities workload allocation and prioritization
- Set objectives monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of KPIs
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of General Ledger and AR-related transactions
- Approve journals reconciliations and accounting entries in line with policies
- Oversee bank receivables intercompany and cash management activities
- Deliver timely monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
- Drive process improvements and ensure documentation is up to date
- Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls
- Lead hiring onboarding and development of team members
- Manage escalations team coverage and performance topics
Qualifications :
- Degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent
- Relevant experience in accounting AR or finance operations
- Team leadership or people management experience
- Experience in multinational or shared services environment (advantage)
Other skills (Computer Skills etc)
- Strong Excel and ERP (SAP preferred) skills
- Analytical detail-oriented and results-driven
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management
- Ability to manage deadlines priorities and team performance
- Leadership coaching and problem-solving capabilities
Languages:
- Fluent English (required)
- Additional European language (advantage)
Academics
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) is a plus
