Job Summary
Provides administrative assistant support to Directors along with their associated committees if needed. provides back-up to the Administration Department assistants when they are out of the office as the administration assistants will do for this position.
Calendars and meetings management and support; meetings support; confidential correspondence presentations and spreadsheets creations within established format processes; reports creations; and other assistant duties as requested.
This position will support our medical staff services and quality directors along with their associated committees.
Work Schedule: 1.0 FTE; Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Required Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of three years experience as an Administrative Assistant; preferably in health care and/or Facilities
- Accomplished in composition grammar spelling proofreading and editing
- Proven computer experience in Microsoft Office programs including SharePoint Word Power Point Excel Adobe and Outlook
- Minimum typing ability of 60 WPM
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission standards and regulations
Knowledge of policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional education/administrative assistant degree
