Geoquest USA Inc. is currently seeking a Fleet/Yard Supervisor for its LaBelle precast facility. The Fleet/Yard Supervisor shall report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the vehicle fleet and precast storage yard. This position manages equipment and vehicle readiness monitors the loading and unloading of precast elements and ensures organized safe and efficient yard operations.

The role coordinates closely with logistics production shipping and maintenance teams to optimize fleet utilization maintain cleanliness and safety standards and support timely deliveries to project sites. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills equipment and yard management experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced precast manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee daily fleet and yard operations
• Coordinate loading/unloading of precast products
• Monitor equipment readiness and maintenance needs
• Maintain organized and safe yard conditions
• Support shipping schedules and production demands
• Coordinate with production maintenance and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with Company safety expectations

Education / Skills / Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in
  • Fleet operations
  • Heavy equipment coordination
  • Construction yard management
  • Precast concrete or industrial manufacturing environments preferred
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience managing
  • Forklifts
  • Heavy equipment
  • Truck scheduling and logistics
  • Precast panel storage and loading operations

• Additional Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of precast concrete products and handling
  • Experience coordinating shipping and delivery schedules
  • Ability to organize and maintain safe yard operations
  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and accountability skills

• Highly Preferred Certifications & Credentials
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Forklift Certification
  • Heavy Equipment Operation Experience
  • DOT / Transportation knowledge
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with inventory or yard tracking systems

Work Environment / Physical Demands:

• Responsibilities will be carried out in both a traditional office environment under traditional office conditions and indoor and outdoor manufacturing facilities.
• Must be able to coordinate or lead employees among different levels of the organization.
• Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions including sitting standing walking and driving.
• May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels in facilities being managed or coordinated.
• Able to wear personal protective clothing for prolonged periods; Safety helmet with chinstrap safety shoes eye protection hand protection and hearing protection (as required).
