Job Summary
- Be the friendly first point of contact for new and returning patients
- Answer calls and messages with professionalism empathy and positivity
- Help patients schedule and prepare for their visits
- Guide patients through onboarding steps and required paperwork
- Collect and update demographic and insurance information
- Support eligibility and benefits verification processes as assigned
- Communicate clearly about appointments referrals and next steps
- Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Document interactions accurately in our systems
- Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
- Step in to help solve patient concerns and route urgent needs appropriately
Qualifications :
- Customer service patient access call center or medical front office experience
- Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings is a plus
- Familiarity with EMR or scheduling systems is helpful
- Bilingual skills are a bonus
