The opportunity:

Join Hitachi Ltd. as an Engineering Intern and contribute to innovative projects that shape the future. This role offers hands-on experience in various engineering disciplines supporting our teams in research development and implementation.

How youll make an impact:

• You will assist senior engineers in the design development and testing of hardware and/or software solutions conduct research and gather data to support ongoing engineering projects.

• You will participate in prototyping debugging and troubleshooting activities prepare technical documentation reports and presentations.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success support the maintenance and improvement of existing systems and processes.

• You will learn and apply engineering principles and methodologies under guidance.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (e.g. Electrical Mechanical Computer Science Software Materials Science Industrial) or a related technical field.

• Strong academic record. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. C Python Java) is a plus for relevant roles.

• Familiarity with CAD software simulation tools or relevant lab equipment is advantageous depending on the engineering discipline.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn and grow within a global organization.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
