Senior QA Architect

We are looking for a Senior QA Architect to join our team responsible for the machine identity and access offering designing and developing services used in CyberArks SaaS products. The team designs and develops a SaaS-based secrets management solution that secures and audits machine identities and credentials across multi-cloud and hybrid this role you will own the overall quality and be responsible for managing the
quality processes of the product.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a scalable automation strategy following the pyramid model to optimize the testing lifecycle. Implement multi-layered validation including component-level mocks end-to-end integration and continuous performance benchmarking.
•  Drive an automation-first mindset. Collaborate with developers to ensure code is testable and observable.
• Lead root-cause analysis for escaped bugs and define improvement actions.
• Lead bug bash and other quality-related activities
• Collaborate with other QA architects as well as the centralized quality group to push for the ideal quality coverage.
• Advancing testing efficiency through the strategic adoption of AI- enhanced quality engineering tools and methodologies.

Qualifications :

• At least 5 years of experience in QA positions
• Experience building QA practices for cloud-native distributed systems
• Experience testing backend APIs including performance and concurrency validation
• Familiarity with AWS services including Kubernetes Aurora PostgreSQL CloudWatch
• Knowledge of observability tools like Datadog - Advantage
• Background or experience in software development and/or security testing - Advantage.
•  Knowledge of security principles (e.g. access control secrets exposure identity testing) a strong advantage
• Experience in building automated testing gates in CI/CD-based products
