Were looking for Labourers who show up ready to work - people who are focused reliable and able to handle the physical demands of a construction site. If you take pride in doing the job right and arent afraid to break a sweat youll fit in well here.

This is a hands-on role supporting construction site operations. Youll work alongside skilled trades and site supervisors to keep things moving safely and efficiently.

• Closely follow safety protocols
• Support carpenters foremen and other trades as needed
• Tool Use: Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools
• Concrete Work: Shovel mix pour spread
• Site Tasks: Clean/prep sites control traffic demolition material handling.
• Equipment Operation: Pumps compressor generators
• Formwork: Strip and assembler form systems

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year of construction labour experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting/handling procedures
• Valid drivers licence and clean abstract (preferred)
• Able to lift carry and move materials
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Reliable punctual and safetyconscious
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work out of town when required

Physical Demands

• Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) working at heights strenuous labour (fit testing)
• Use of PPE and exposure to construction hazards
• Manual dexterity and coordination required
