Job Summary
- Provide support for general analytical methods to characterize purified proteins/antibodies including assessment of titer concentration purity and relevant biophysical properties.
- Prepare buffers and samples and acquire data using instruments such as HPLCs and other relevant equipment.
- Help instrument maintenance / calibration and perform basic troubleshooting as needed
- Work collaboratively with client team on-site to ensure smooth operation of lab instruments and to achieve critical research objectives and timelines.
- Data analysis and data capture of experimental results using E-notebook and data sharing in a timely manner.
- Detail oriented and precise in routine lab practice.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in chemistry biochemistry biology or similar discipline
- Basic knowledge of lab activities such as making buffers performing calculations documenting experiments and data analysis.
- Experience in basic protein analytical characterizations technique familiar with HPLCs is highly desirable.
- Experience with biophysical assays and other analytical techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional Information :
- Position is full-time first-shift Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM.
- Pay range: $53000 - $60000
