Job Summary
As Cocktail Server your role will include:
Job Responsibilities:
- The Cocktail Server is responsible for providing quality guest serving beverages food and amenities in all areas as assigned.
- The Cocktail Server/ Model participates in in-house modeling programs special casino events Banquet service functions and performs model/presenter tasks at Wynn Las Vegas events.
Qualifications :
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English to guest and co-workers.
- Must have strong knowledge of spirits wines champagne mixed cocktails; experience in European Bottle service preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in high volume beverage banquet or nightclub setting; previous model/ presenter experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required at present or in the future for this position at all times.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Requires the ability to work within a team environment. If hired in a steady extra (SE) position the Cocktail Server-Model must be available to work all shifts; including Day Swing and Grave shift.
