The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of concrete mixer trucks and other heavy machinery used in the concrete industry. This role is critical to ensure our fleet operates efficiently safely and reliably to meet our project demands and delivery Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair mechanical issues electrical systems and hydraulic problems in diesel engines and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and determine the necessary replace or repair major components of diesel engines such as heads blocks starters and with the operations team to schedule maintenance and repairs to minimize compliance with all safety policies and procedures in the workshop and on the job site. - Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair updated on the latest diesel engine technology and repair :Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic preferably in the concrete industry or related understanding of diesel engines hydraulic systems and electrical to use diagnostic tools and problem-solving skills and attention to to work independently and in a team to safety standards and school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in diesel engine repair is a drivers license; CDL is to undergo pre-employment Requirements:Ability to stand for long periods of be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a have manual dexterity in order to assemble have good hand-eye Join Us Our commitment to our team includes:Growth:Opportunities for advancement in a rapidly growing Compensation:Hourly pay with eligibility for bonuses and annual Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package including low-cost medical dental vision STD LTD and life insurance paid holidays PTO and vacation programs 401k with $100 match/week family days and more!Overtime Opportunities:Daily overtime after 8 hours and weekly after 40 hours
