Job Summary
Scientific research and technology development in the area of activity of the Laboratory of Molecular Oncology. Conducting research in the field of cellular technologies in vivo research.
- Conducts scientific research and development on separate sections (stages tasks) of the topic as a responsible executor or jointly with a scientific supervisor carries out complex experiments and observations; - collects processes analyses and generalizes scientific and technical information advanced domestic and foreign experience results of experiments and observations; - participates in drawing up plans and methodological programs of research and development practical recommendations on the use of their results; - draws up reports (sections of the report) on the topic or its section (stage task); - participates in the implementation of research and development results; - publishes scientific papers based on the results of his/her work (articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals conference proceedings thematic collections); - actively participates in scientific seminars makes both original reports and review reports on the research topics of his/her supervising staff; - regularly reports the results of his/her work at scientific meetings and conferences.
Qualifications :
Higher professional education (Masters degree) in the field of scientific laboratory activity. At least 5 years of work experience in the field of scientific research. If you have a PhD or PhD degree - no work experience requirements. Availability of research experience and availability of scientific papers publications in foreign scientific publications with impact factor and reports at international conferences or invention certificates. Availability of H-index is welcomed. Understanding the chemical molecular biochemical and cellular basis of cancer and tumor progression signal transmission processes the role of energy and metabolism in cancer pathology DNA damage drug resistance and the study of the underlying mechanisms of cancer for a deep understanding of tumor biology. Application of CRISPR/Cas9 technology threedimensional cultivation of organoids including tumor samples in CAR-T creation of tumor models xenographs conducting preclinical studies.
Additional Information :
Fluent English is required good command in Kazakh and/or Russian. Ability to work in a team high level of learning ability responsibility. PC software skills (Microsoft Windows Microsoft Office).
