• Drive Delivery: Own the end-to-end execution of Advanced Services engagements and medium-scale infrastructure projects ensuring they meet technical standards and business objectives while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
• Manage Customer Synergy: Act as the primary interface and main point of contact for the customer and account team translating technical requirements into actionable project milestones and clear value propositions.
• Optimize Resource Coordination: Coordinate the delivery team managing project scope schedule and risks by orchestrating a mix of local and remote resourcesincluding internal engineering teams and external Everpure partners.
• Govern Project Performance: Utilize tools like NetSuite and Google Workspace to manage forecasts review timesheets against plan and run the standard cadence of project updates and governance.
• Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment: Connect the dots internally by working closely with Sales BCS/SAM/CSM and Installs so the customer experiences one aligned team rather than silos.

• Experience: Requires at least 3 years project management experience in an external Customer-facing environment.
• Technical Foundations: Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies; PMP certification is preferred to ensure alignment with delivery standards.
• Additional experience: ITIL AGILE & other certifications would be a plus!
• Expertise in Customer-Facing Delivery: Proven experience leading customer-facing projects for large enterprises ideally in storage cloud infrastructure or data-center modernization. Critical experience includes working in a matrixed organization with remote delivery teams and statement-of-work/billable services.
• Project Governance & Discipline: Solid proficiency in the full project management lifecyclefrom initial proposal through deliverywith a strong understanding of financial tracking and risk mitigation.
• Communication: Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts/plans and present facts and conclusions clearly to both technical teams and stakeholders (including executives).
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the North Carolina or New York City office in compliance with Everpures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
