Job Summary

Join the team at New Holland Auto Group as we expand our busy Parts Department. We are seeking an experienced dealership parts professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment takes pride in customer service and is ready to grow with one of the areas largest and most productive automotive groups with focus on Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ford Toyota & Isuzu trucks.

Immediate Opening

*Specific need: OEM Parts - Shop Counter - Applicant must have parts counter experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist technicians & internal customers with their parts needs
Assist with contacting customers to advise ordered parts have arrived
Follow up on complete and incomplete orders
Work daily to keep department neat and organized

Qualifications:

Able to work well with others and learn new tasks
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Math Reading and Basic Computer skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
