Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee multi-site healthcare operations across Sterile Processing Transportation and Facilities. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across multiple facilities while partnering with executive leadership to support regional growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regional oversight of Sterile Processing Transportation and Facilities operations
• Lead and develop site-level managers and operational leaders across multiple locations
• Ensure compliance with AAMI CDC CMS DOT OSHA and accreditation standards
• Standardize processes workflows and operational procedures across sites
• Monitor KPIs including quality turnaround time throughput and service performance
• Drive audits inspections and regulatory readiness initiatives
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support leadership development succession planning and team performance management
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational growth

Requirements

• 10 years healthcare operations leadership experience
• 5 years multi-site leadership experience required
• Experience in Sterile Processing Logistics Facilities or similar healthcare operations
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance
• Strong communication leadership and strategic planning skills

Preferred

• CRCST certification or equivalent
• Experience in multi-facility healthcare systems
• Background in audit readiness compliance and operational transformation
• Experience working with executive healthcare leadership teams
