What youll do

• Travel to multiple properties to troubleshoot repair and maintain systems
• Take the lead on preventative maintenance to keep communities running smoothly
• Perform detailed inspections and identify improvement opportunities
• Train and mentor on-site maintenance teams
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work to ensure quality and efficiency
• Deliver excellent service and build positive relationships with residents and staff

What you bring

• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Eastern Iowa
• 5 years of apartment or multi-family maintenance experience (preferred)
• Strong skills across plumbing electrical HVAC drywall painting and general repairs
• Solid problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
• Comfort with basic computer systems and documentation
• Valid Iowa drivers license and current vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
