Office based role with Site visits working on 1-2 projects including a school in North Dublin

Your role will involve:
- Prepare bi-monthly Cost Value Reconciliation Reports.
- Handover from Estimating Department.
- Set Subcontractor payment details up on the SAP system.
- Prepare cash flow for the project based on the Contract and Target Programmes.
- Carry out monthly valuations of Subcontractors claims and issue payments.
- Pre-contract Commencement Meeting with the Project Team Purchasing and the Plant Department.
- Cash flow projection to be used as a checking device providing a cross check on actual versus planned progress.
- Prepare Tender enquiry packages liaising with the Contracts & Project Manager.
- Hold pre contract meetings with subcontractors and issue contract documents.
- Remeasure trade packages as required to identify any quantity errors.
- Issue and agree schedule of monthly progress application/ valuation dates.
- Prepare and submit valuations on a monthly basis.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying is essential.
- 3 years post grad experience is preferable.
