• Predictable schedule primarily MondayFriday 85 with an on-call schedule (not constant nights/weekends)

What Youll Do

Youll independently diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex maintenance repairs across multiple building systems including:

• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Appliances
• General carpentry and maintenance

Youll help maintain clean safe and attractive communities by:

• Maintaining common areas and grounds
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Conducting quarterly inspections
• Supporting property upkeep and curb appeal

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Working knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical and general maintenance systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade school training or maintenance certifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
