Holy Rosary Catholic School in Flint Michigan is seeking a dynamic flexible and faith-filled Full-Time K8 Teacher to join our faculty. This unique position includes teaching and supporting students across multiple grade levels and subject areas throughout the school day.

The ideal candidate is collaborative adaptable student-centered and passionate about Catholic education. This role may include a combination of classroom instruction small-group support intervention enrichment middle school electives and student supervision depending on school needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engaging instruction across multiple disciplines and grade levels in K8
• Support student learning through differentiated instruction and targeted academic support
• Foster a positive structured and faith-filled classroom environment
• Integrate Catholic values and Gospel teachings into daily instruction and interactions
• Collaborate with teachers and administration to ensure continuity of instruction and student success
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technology tools to enhance learning
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Participate fully in school liturgies prayer services faculty meetings and school events

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education or related field (Masters preferred)
• Valid state teaching certification
• Practicing Catholic preferred or willingness to actively support the mission of Catholic education
• Ability to teach and adapt across multiple grade levels and subject areas
• Strong classroom management communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset and flexibility in a team-oriented environment
