About the Role

Nbryo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced scientist (or biomedical / biotechlology engineer) to lead the development and commercialisation of our next embryo technologies.

Reporting to the Head of Platform the Product Manager Embryo Technology is a senior individual contributor responsible for translating Nbryos embryo research and development programs into scalable commercially deployable products within the Nbryo Platform. The role owns the endtoend development of embryo technologies including embryo multiplication media and preservation systems and the progression toward repeatable and efficient production models suitable for commercial use.

Acting as the bridge between scientific innovation and commercial execution the role provides product leadership across research laboratory operations external partners and pilots ensuring technologies are developed in line with defined product profiles regulatory expectations and platform strategy while preserving flexibility in technical pathways as solutions mature.

This is a predominaely on-site role based in Freeway Office Park Eight Mile Plains.

About You

To be Successful in the Role you will:

  • Own the vision for the Embryo technology strategy & road map translating Nbryosproduct profiles and platform priorities into executable development plans thatsequence research translation scaleup pilots and commercial readiness
  • Lead the Product development & delivery of endtoend development of embryo technologies from validated concepts through MVPs and into commercially deployable products suitable for Nbryo
  • Translate and scale manual embryo production and multiplication protocols into repeatable scalable systems that improve throughput consistency and reliability while maintaining embryo viability.
  • Lead the transfer of embryo technologies initially into Nbryo commercial production and then partner laboratories

  • Provide Cross-functional technical leadershipacross R&D laboratory operationsdigital and external partners driving alignment and delivery.
  • Be responsible for Financial & resource management by managing approved budgets external spendand partner engagements to ensure embryo technology programs are delivered efficiently and transparently.
  • Own the Postlaunch review & lifecycle management of embryo technologies following commercial deployment or pilot launch ensuring products perform as intended in realworldlaboratory and commercial settings and that learnings are systematically captured and translated into product improvements roadmap updates and future development decisions.

Selection Criteria

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in embryology reproductive biology biotechnology biomedical engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g. Ph.D. Msc MBA) is preferred.

Experience:

  • Endtoend development of biological or laboratorybased technologies
  • Translating earlystage protocols into repeatable scalable systems
  • Leading pilots early commercial deployment or postlaunch review
  • Working across research laboratory operations and external partners
  • Owning delivery outcomes in technically complex programs
  • Experience in communicating advice through presentations feasibility reports managementplans and reporting.

Skills:

  • Translation of scientific research into executable product development plans
  • Product ownership prioritisation and roadmap delivery
  • Evidencebased decisionmaking in biologically variable environments
  • Crossfunctional leadership through technical authority and influence
  • Clear communication of complex technical concepts
