Experience & Leadership:

  • 510 years of experience in GTM Analytics Sales Strategy Business Operations Commissions or Revenue Operations
  • 5 years into SaaS / B2B Tech Industry Experience
  • Min 5 years with people Management
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales and GTM leadership to improve performance using data-driven insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced matrixed environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams
  • Exposure to global sales operations
  • Strong analytical and process-driven mindset
