Job Summary

Domestic Considerations: FTRS (LC) appointment attracting 5% X-Factor.. Upto 35 days nights out of bed with a maximum of 21 days continuous absence.
Position Role: SQMS of a highly deployable HQ providing all G4 outputs under the direction of OC RLS.
Responsibilities:
1. Advise the Materiel Account Holder and CoC on G4 practices ensuring informed decisions and compliance with supply chain policies.
2. Assess supply chain processes identify improvements and implement changes to boost efficiency and operational readiness.
3. Manage the day-to-day operations of demanding handling storage and distribution processes ensuring efficiency and compliance with policy.
4. Manage the security of stores and resources both in camp and when deployed ensuring they are safeguarded and ready for operational use.
5. Forecast and plan supply demand handling storage and distribution ensuring resources meet mission requirements.
6. Mentor and manage junior supply chain personnel providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and professional development
7. Perform regular assurance checks and inspections to ensure all supply chain activities comply with policies procedures and safety regulations.
8. Oversee unit equipment accounting ensure accurate records and conduct regular audits to maintain accountability.
