Job Summary

in a Community Group home for a client in the Sligo area.

Duties

Nursing care of adults with ID conditions in a residential setting

Excellent communication skills

Medication management

Nursing assessments completing and updating care plans

Working with the MDT to facilitate the individual needs of residents.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in ID or General Nursing and Active Registration with the Nursing

and Midwifery Board of Ireland

Minimum 6 months post registration ID experience

Eligible to work in Ireland

Registered with Clarity Locums (or willing to register)
